The Wellness Review lasts about an hour. In this time you will get friendly, non - judgemental, confidential and professional advice. After your consult, an average of a further two hours is spent to research a treatment and nutrition plan tailored to your needs.
The Wellness review can be a one-off consult or the first appointment for a wellness programme - a Detox, a Month to Stress Less - or an individualised programme tailored to your needs.
If you have just one health issue you would like advice on - and are not taking medication, a mini wellness review of 30 minutes might suit you better. This is often the best consult for children.
If you would like to find out more, a free 15 minute health chat is available. You can book online or ring (07) 4085 0054.
