By booking a Wellness Review, you will be taking your first step on the journey to health. It's time to take care of yourself!

Wellness Review

Are you tired and lacking energy? Or perhaps you want support with some health issues such as anxiety, gut issues or hormone problems such as the menopause or an unhappy thyroid?

If so, book a Wellness Review. You will get friendly, confidential and professional advice from Sarah including a well researched health plan sent to you after your consult.

The Wellness review is also the first appointment for any of the health programmes: Detoxes, Stress Less or Mindful Eating- Holistic & Safe Weight Loss.

Cost : $115

  • 10% discount for over 65s, senior card holders, students and those on low income.
  • 20% discount for Health Focus hub members

Due to the pandemic, all our health services are now online. There are no face-to face consults or massages available at the moment- and the Mareeba clinic is closed.
