6 Weeks of Mindful Eating

Eating for Wellness & Joy

This course consists of six weekly sessions each lasting one hour and costs $115 per person. In this time, you will explore different mindfulness techniques and find out how to use these to overcome unhealthy eating habits.

This course would suit you if you are:

  • generally fit and well.
  • would like to lose some weight safely and for good.
  • are looking for a health solution that doesn't stretch your budget.
  • are open to learning new habits and doing mindfulness exercises.

All courses are run by Sarah Isaacs, natural health therapist & mindfulness teacher at Natural Health Focus. Course notes are included.
