Mindfulness is the practice of being aware in the present moment in a kind, curious and non- judgemental manner. It has many benefits including reducing stress and building mental resilience. It can also lower blood pressure and help with addictions and food cravings.

During the Month of Mindfulness you will learn ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. We'll also explore its many benefits, find out how they work and how it can even change the structure of our brains.

Course Details

During five weekly sessions, you will get the opportunity to explore mindfulness practices in a supportive and friendly group facilitated by Sarah Isaacs, Natural Health Therapist, Nutritionist and Mindfulness Teacher.

Sessions are held via Zoom. All you require to take part is a quiet space, plus a laptop or computer.


Wednesday 11th October 10am - 11am Mindfulness & Stress Relief

Wednesday 18th October 10am - 11am Mindful Communication

Wednesday 25th October  10am - 11am Mindful Eating

Wednesday 1st November 10am - 11am Mindfulness & Changing Habits

Wednesday 8 November 10am- 11am Overcoming Obstacles to Mindfulness

The course fee is $95 per person with 10% discount for seniors & students.
