Booking & Sales Policy

All appointments and health programmes are paid for in advance in total or, for health programmes, they may be paid in monthly instalments.

Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for an appointment without notifying Natural Health Focus - or contact is made less than 24 hours in advance - cancellation fees may apply depending on the discretion of Natural Health Focus .

The usual cancellation fee is

the total cost of the appointment if a one off appointment is being cancelled

the total cost of the health programme if the health programme is being cancelled.
