All you require to take part is a quiet space, plus a phone, laptop or computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course fee is $95 per person with 10% discount for seniors &amp; students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dates of Weekly Sessions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mindfulness &amp; Stress Relief<\/strong> ( Also available as a one off session.)
