Mindfulness can be a useful way to reduce stress. It can help clear your mind so that you can focus on the things that matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have found mindfulness practices to be invaluable tools to increase health and vitality for both clients and myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free Mindfulness Session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to find out for yourself, why not try a <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalhealthfocus.com.au\/wellbeing\/free-introduction-to-mindfulness\/\">free mindfulness session<\/a>?  Together we'll explore a short short mindfulness practice that you can do throughout the day.
