In this month you will be find out how to eat in a way that brings you joy and nourishment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme includes a free copy of the ebook, <strong>A Week of Mindful Eating<\/strong> by the nutritionist and naturopath Sarah Isaacs who will also be supporting you throughout this month. You'll identify stress and emotional eating patterns, manage cravings and build sustainable, healthy habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is weekly online support with Sarah - and your own individualised food &amp; lifestyle plan and diary with advice on nutrition and portion size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Longer Mindful Eating programmes are also available.  To determine which programme is best for you, book a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bookwellbeing.as.me\/food4health\" target=\"_blank\">Food for Health<\/a> consult initially and then we can decide which amount of time would suit you best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a Mindful Eating Programme?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of us try many diets, may or may not lose weight- and then put it all back on again. The Mindful Eating programs are different. By learning mindfulness techniques, you will gain the tools to understand what drives your eating- and how to use mindfulness to control your cravings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will I need to fast or severely reduce my food?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No, on this programme you will be listening to your body and eating when you feel hunger-and stopping eating when you feel full.
