The next course starts on Monday 2nd March 12pm
Mindfulness is the practice of being aware in the present moment in a kind, curious and non- judgemental manner.
If you'd like to be more focused, to feel less stressed or to overcome overwhelm, mindfulness can be a very helpful practice.
It can help to reduce stress, alleviate depression and to build mental resilience.
As well, blood pressure can be lowered, and addictions and food cravings eased.
Or maybe you're just interested in finding a calmer way of living and exploring new ways of thinking and being.
Whatever your motivation, during the Month of Mindfulness this March 2026, we'll be exploring ways to incorporate mindfulness into our daily lives.
We'll also find out how it can even change the structure of our brains.
During five weekly sessions, you will get the opportunity to explore mindfulness practices in a supportive and friendly group.
Sessions are online. All you require to take part is a quiet space, plus a phone, laptop or computer.
The course fee is $95 per person with 10% discount for seniors & students.
