
Mindfulness for Stress Relief is being held online on Monday 2nd March 2026 at lunchtime from 12 – 1pm.
We'll be looking at how simple, short mindfulness practices can help us release and reduce stress in our daily lives, and even change the structure of our brains.
Enjoy exploring how increasing awareness from moment to moment can increase focus and create calm.
We'll explore mindfulness and relaxation exercises in a lighthearted, fun way within a small and supportive group.
Date & Time: Monday 2nd March 2026 12 – 1pm.
Cost: $25 person.
It can be done as a one off workshop or as part of A Month of Mindfulness.

A comprehensive handout is included with exercises that can be practiced on a regular basis to build your mindfulness muscles.
It is also a useful guide to use during the session if you have any issues with your hearing.
It is possible to book a mindfulness class or course for a group of friends, business employees, tour group or for class of students.
